Why become a member of The Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan?

If you are interested in the Chamber’s activities and wish to become a member, please complete the on-line registration form (click "Become a Member!" in the left-side navigation). We will then immediately proceed and submit your application to the Board of Directors for approval. Make sure to check out the various membership categories we offer here below:

Memberships Categories & Benefits

Regular Members

1) Corporate:

a) companies, associations, legal entities established in or having a representative in Japan and in which the Management and / or the Capital is Belgium-Luxembourg. In case of Joint Ventures or any other forms of partnership the Board of Directors decides on a case by case basis.
b) Belgium-Luxembourg companies, associations, legal entities which are not established or do not have a representative in Japan but which are or will be conducting business with Japan.

>> Annual fee: 150,000 Yen

2) Professional:

This category is reserved for those companies, associations or legal entities established in Japan that consist of no more than 3 people; start-ups and/or individuals that want to be a part of the BLCCJ’s network but who’s membership is paid for by the companies they work for.

>> Annual fee: 50,000 Yen

3) Individual:

Any Belgian or Luxembourg citizen who is or has been engaged in business with Japan, or is or has been employed in Japan.

>> Annual fee: 30,000 Yen
 

Associate Members

1) Corporate:

Companies, associations, legal entities having activities related to the objectives of the Chamber and which are not eligible as regular members.

>>Annual fee: 150,000 Yen

2) Professional:

Companies, associations or legal entities having activities related to the objectives of the Chamber, that consists of no more than 3 people. Start-ups and/or individuals that want to be a part of the BLCCJ’s network but who’s membership is paid for by the companies they work for.

>>Annual fee: 50,000 Yen

3) Individual:

Any non Belgium-Luxembourg citizen individual, having activities related to the objectives of the Chamber.

>> Annual fee: 30,000 Yen

Students

a) Individuals regularly registered at a Japanese school, university, research institute.

b) Not regularly employed individuals under the age of 26

>> Annual fee: 15,000 Yen
